2024 Event Planning Meeting
We invite our department heads to our November elder’s meeting to plan our 2024 calendar.
Operation Christmas Child
It's Operation Christmas Child shoebox season! Want an easy way to contribute to spreading God's love and gift of salvation to all parts of the world? Pick up a shoebox (and label) at church and fill it with as much as you'd like, then bring it on Thursday, November 2nd for a top-off-your-shoebox event (more details for that coming). In prepping for that event, we are collecting donations of items because sometimes it's easier to pick up a few bulk packs of things than one of each item. There's a sign up sheet at the front door of the church for items collected so we have a variety.
Do you think we can get all 50 boxes filled this year by our collection date of November 12th?

Youth Skate Fundraiser
Price: $7.00 per person / $30 cap for families
Skate Rentals - $2.00 Quad Skates
$3.00 Inline Skates
ALL funds go towards the LiCF 2023 missions’ trip to Honduras!
This will replace the regular youth group and Jr. High on Wednesday, May 10. ALL Wednesday evening services will be canceled this night to allow families to attend together!
Church Clean Up
We will be having a church clean up day to make general repairs and upgrades as well as a thorough cleaning.
Feed My Starving Children
It's that time of year again! Last year we were able to take a small group of volunteers to help FMSC. Feed My Starving Children is an organization that provides food for God's starving children hungry in body and spirit. We spend the time hand-packing meals called "MannaPacks," praying over the packs before they are sent out and just having a good time! It's loads of fun and a tangible way to be a part of something bigger!
This is a whole family opportunity, ages 5+. We have reserved spots for 25 volunteers. We would love to have every spot filled.
-For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 are not allowed in our packing area (sorry, no exceptions)
-Grades K-2: 1 student to 1 adult
-Grades 3-6: 3 students to 1 adult
-Grades 7-12: 4 students to 1 adult

Congregational Meeting
Our Annual Congregational meeting. We will be discussing finances, upcoming events, etc.. You do not need to be a member to attend, only too vote.
Youth Ice Skating
The youth are going ice skating at Twin Ponds ice arena. We will meet at church at 1:15 or stick around after church and bring lunch. Ice skating from 2:00-3:00 PM, and arrive back at church by 3:45. Cost is $15/person.
